This is for the sale of (2) fabricated clevis pucks and (2) scaffold style pins. Lumber sold separately.
Clevis pucks are made from laser-cut steel which is CNC formed, welded, and black zinc plated for strong corrosion resistance.
Scaffold pins are clear zinc plated.
 
If you've ever owned a flatbed truck bed, you probably know how handy it is to have a 2x6 to keep cargo from sliding around or off your bed. If you own a tonneau, you most definitely know how aggravating it can be to open your tailgate after a trip, only to find your cargo clear up by the cab!
 
I've invented a clevis system that plugs into the OEM 5th-wheel prep/gooseneck prep "pucks". These "pucks", as they call them, are holes where either your 5th-wheel mounts or your gooseneck safety chain anchors mount. These clevises allow you to fit any standard "2x" (2-by). You can mount a 2x4, 2x10, 2x14 etc. I find that a 2x6 is the most convenient for me. The actual board width must be 1-1/2". The included pins will lock your clevises and board in place, preventing the board from bouncing out. The board can then be used to divide your bed, keeping your cargo where YOU want it!
 
Ford and GM have almost identical pucks, while the Dodge/Ram has to be just enough different to require their own style. I've made these clevis pucks interchangeable between Ford/GM. The Dodge/Ram pucks are oriented 90° different and will not interchange with Ford/GM. I've made provisions to allow you to install a sheet of wood in your bed, the same as I have, and still be able to use the clevis pucks.
 
FITMENT NOTES:
I've personally tested these on a 2025 Ram, a 2024 F-350, and a 2026 Silverado.
They should fit:
2010-2026 Dodge Ram 2500/3500
2013-2026 F-250 F-350 F-450
2016-2026 Silverado Sierra 2500/3500

INSTALLATION IS SIMPLE!
 
You will cut your board to length to fit your truck bed. Install your clevises. Install your board. You'll then drill a 3/8" hole thru the board, using the clevises as your fixtures. Install your pins. DONE!
You can move the divider to the front or rear pair of pucks as you desire.
 
NOTE: THESE ARE NOT LOAD-BEARING DEVICES. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS ANCHORS. THEIR SOLE PURPOSE IS TO HOLD A DIVIDER BOARD IN PLACE. CARGO SHOULD BE SECURED USING PROPER LOAD-BEARING DEVICES. PROPER SAFETY CHAIN MOUNTING ANCHORS MUST BE USED TO ATTACH SAFETY CHAINS. THESE ARE NOT MADE TO HOLD OR SECURE PASSENGERS.
