It is laser cut 10ga polished stainless steel. This bolts on top of the center of your dash in your Kubota RTV-X1100C using the factory bolt and replaces the washer.
 
This bracket keeps the phone out of the way of the defrost vent, positions it in your general line of sight while driving, positions it conveniently close to the charger port, and does this all while keeping it from touching the windshield.
 
I cannot guarantee fitment on any other models besides the RTV-X1100C.
