This throttle cable adapter is used for Toyota Pickups/4Runners that are being swapped to the OM617. It will work for both 22R/22RE and 3VZE trucks. Includes bracket, hardware, and a special swiveling cable clamp.
 
This kit is designed using the longer fuel injected throttle cables. The replacement cable part number is Y777 by ATP. If you have the shorter cable, you'll need to update to Y777.
